All three are private 1:1 sessions with Marisol. Choose Base for a foundational introduction, Heal for a gentler restorative pace, or Elixir for a more active rhythm. Available online and in-person formats are shown during booking.
Base

Group sessions carry their own kind of medicine. Breathing alongside others creates a shared field — you arrive as an individual and leave knowing you're not carrying it alone.
